All of our Technicians are seasoned professionals who have the minimum qualification of  an A+ Certification and have over 5 years experience within the computer industry.


Eric personally takes the time to trial test their technical skills so that VFS is reassured they have what it takes to join the team.

 
Marti ensures that our Techs meet VFS employment criteria (including US Labor Laws).  They are fully qualified for security purposes and your peace of mind (background, referenced checked and certifications authenticated).

You will be given the name of your technician prior to them visiting you and upon their arrival they will show you their Company Identification.

We will also want your feedback on their performance and will send you a quality questionnaire for your comments and suggestions.  This will help us adjust our service levels or give our technician a pat on the back for a job well done!

Eric has over 15 years of Technical experience.  He has worked with many Fortune 500
Companies within their technology divisions and has learned different systems and processes over the years that has strengthened his ability as a seasoned computer technician.  Eric is A+, MCSE, HP and Dell Certified and is currently undertaking Cisco training for security/firewall issues.


Eric is originally from Southern California and has attended Southern California Institute of Technology in Orange County and has been residing in Arizona for the last 10 years.

Marti has over 20 years of sales/management and recruiting experience within the IT and Engineering Sector.  She worked abroad for 11 years in England and managed budgets in excess of 20 Million over the last 10 years.  She is currently undertaking a Foundation Degree with the University of Middlesex in Recruiting which will lead to a BA in Recruiting and Employment Law Practice.   Marti is also certified in Integrity Selling (Founded by Ron Willingham) and prides herself in listening to her customers needs and exceeding their expectations.
Marti is originally from Northern California and has been residing in Arizona for the last six years.
