We realize that every person has different technology needs, but one thing is for sure you need to be able to use your computer without any interruptions or delays.  We offer drop off or pick up services or in some instances can even work on your computer in the convenience of your home. 

Residential Clients payment terms are due upon receipt of service and you can either pay by credit card, check (pre-authorized by SCAN) or paypal.

Business to Business

Our job is to understand your unique needs so we can formulate the perfect solution for you within your budget.  We will help guide you as we determine your priority requirements and what can be added down the road as your business starts to grow. 

Clients have the choice of a monthly maintenance agreement (annual contract) or just utilize our services when there is a occasional need.  We invoice all business customers with a Net 10 day billing cycle and offer a 2% discount for payment on receipt of services rendered.

Recommend a Friend/Business Partner

We also reward you with free service minutes towards your account when you are a registered user with Van Fleet Solutions.  If you recommend a friend or business partner to our services we will contact you and advise you of free minutes you have received.  This will be done on an ongoing basis and we will keep a running tabulation of minutes accrued (this is for labor only and does not include any hardware or parts).
